Other Topping Suggestions

One of the best things about this recipe, like almost all of our recipes, is that it is completely customizable. Specifically for this recipe, you can create pretty much any topping you would like! If Strawberries aren’t your favorite, or if you’d just like to try something else, you can feel free to swap in your favorite berry or topping instead!

Some delicious possibilities include:

  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Lemon
  • Cranberries
  • Cream Cheese & Cinnamon

In addition to these, another great option is chocolate! I am a firm believer that chocolate can make most things better, and this keto danish is no exception to that rule.

Some keto friendly chocolate chips or melted chocolate would make these already amazing keto danishes even better! Or, you could also bake some chocolate chips into the dough to create an absolutely amazing chocolate strawberry and cheese danish!

If you love chocolate as much as me, you MUST try ChocZero’s incredible keto-friendly baking chocolate chips if you haven’t already. They even make white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and new to the scene… peanut butter chocolate chips!! We use ChocZero for anything and everything we can get away with because we love it soo much!

If you want to try some keto-friendly chocolate chips with these keto Danishes, or if you just want some chocolate, bark, or syrups (all of which are 100% keto friendly) then shop ChocZero’s website! Best Tasting Sweetener of Keto or Low Carb Diet

As always, we love to use Lakanto’s Monkfruit in all of our recipes that require sweetener and these keto strawberry cheese danishes are no exception!

Lakanto is, in our opinion, by far the best keto friendly sweetener out there. It is completely natural, zero glycemic, has no nasty aftertaste, and has a 1:1 ratio to sugar. It makes keto baking so incredibly easy.

If you want to try Monkfruit for the first time, or if you just need to restock, shop Lakanto’s website and use our code, “BUTTERTOGETHERK” at checkout to save 20% off of your entire purchase! This code is good for anything on Lakanto’s site, not just their yummy sweetener.

Chaffles

Chaffles have quickly become a staple on any keto/low-carb diet and for good reason! Chaffles are incredible simple to make, taste great, and can be used for almost anything. While a traditional chaffle may not be the best thing to whip up for breakfast, there are a number of other options that would be great!

Some of the best options might be:

French Toast Casserole

Our keto French Toast Casserole has quickly become a favorite of ours as it is so easy to make. Even on the laziest of mornings, this is never too hard to whip up. We think you’ll love it as much as we do!

Keto Pancakes

The alternative to keto chaffles may be these keto pancakes, which are equally as delicious! As usual, this recipe is super easy to make and tastes delicious!
