Information you give us. If you subscribe to our email list, send us a message through the contact form, or email us directly, we receive whatever you submit — typically your email address, your name if you provide one, and the contents of your message. Email subscriptions are managed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), and contact-form submissions are handled by Typeform.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Website collects technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working, to understand which recipes readers use, and to serve advertising.

Butter Together Kitchen is a recipe site, not a medical publication. Nothing here is medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nutrition figures shown with our recipes are estimates calculated from the ingredients as written. They will change with the brands you buy, the sizes of your ingredients, and any substitutions you make. Calculate your own values if you need accurate numbers.
