Introduction

Call this a pumpkin cheesecake shake or a pumpkin smoothie, whichever you like. Either way, the cream cheese is the whole difference: it’s what makes it taste like cheesecake.

Everything goes into the blender at once: ice and unsweetened almond milk for the body, cream cheese and heavy whipping cream to make it creamy and a little tangy, and pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin spice and cinnamon for the flavor. The one thing worth checking before you shop is the sweetener — this is written for Lakanto’s liquid monk fruit extract, measured in drops, not the granulated product. Amounts are on the card below. If you’re fancy like me, sprinkle a dash of pumpkin spice and cinnamon over the top.

It only takes about 5 minutes to put it all together. So, let’s get right to it shall we?

Wrap Up

Five minutes, one blender, and a use for the rest of the tin of pumpkin puree. If you’re craving keto pumpkin pie but want something cold and quick, this shake gives you those pumpkin-and-spice flavors in a glass.

If you have pumpkin puree left over, there is more to do with it here — keto pumpkin whoopie pie recipe and our keto pumpkin parfait, with the rest on our keto pumpkin recipes page.

Where you see an em dash: one of the ingredients in this recipe does not publish a figure for that row, so we cannot add one up honestly. We would rather show you nothing there than a zero we cannot stand behind.

About these numbers: We are home cooks, not certified nutritionists. Nutrition is shared as a courtesy. We pick a representative product for each ingredient, and our recipe system works out the totals from the amounts in this recipe, so please treat them as a helpful estimate rather than a guarantee. The brands you buy, any swaps you make, and how generously you portion the recipe will all move these numbers.

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Feel free to top with some whipped cream. Enjoy!

Correction — September 28, 2026: The ingredient rundown was missing the ice, heavy cream, vanilla and cinnamon the recipe uses, and named a granulated sweetener where the recipe calls for eight drops of liquid monk fruit extract.
