Very good! I had blackberries on hand, so I used them.
I think next time I’ll reduce the cinnamon, though.
Overall, awesome!

I have made this several times now as an after dinner dessert, but typically spilt it in half with my husband. We both love it! I use whatever berries we have on hand, but I think my favorite is with frozen mixed berries, just make sure you find a brand without added sugar.

I was looking for a quick low carb desert after supper for my husband. He is a bie hard cheesecake kinda guy. I’m afraid I kept him in in sweets during Covid and now he’s spoiled. I happened upon this recipe. He , ok we, loved it! The only changes I made were, I used cocont/ almond milk and added a Tbsp. of coconut oil for added that rich consistency. Thanks…fabulous.

I tried this smoothie this morning and it was delicious. I added some spinach and half an avocado and some ice and still delicious. I’m moving it from my “Recipes to try” board to my “Keto Favorites” board. Thank you.
