Keto Cheddar Biscuits
One of my all time favorite breakfasts is a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. It’s so fluffy, buttery, and flavorful! The problem is, it’s not keto/low carb. At least not until now! These keto cheddar biscuits will revamp your keto breakfast and give you back something you probably thought was gone forever.
Eat these with eggs and bacon/sausage, sugar free jelly or preserves, or all by themselves! These biscuits are cheesy, light and fluffy, and delicious enough to be enjoyed all on their own!
The Ultimate Dinner Biscuit
If you are doing intermittent fasting, or if you just aren’t in to breakfast, you can still enjoy these yummy biscuits! These would make the perfect compliment to just about any keto dinner. If you’re feeling especially adventurous, you can alter the recipe just a little by adding in some fresh garlic and onions, and some Italian seasoning, creating the ultimate dinner biscuit.

How To Make Keto Cheddar Biscuits:
- In a mixing bowl, mix together almond flour and melted butter.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt.
- Drop dallops of mixture onto a greased baking sheet (or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper) and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Pro Tip: Trying using an Ice-Cream Scoop for dropping the dough unto the pan!
