Keto Cheesecake Dip

We made this delicious dip to accompany some chocolate covered strawberries that we made for a New Year’s Eve get together. While the strawberries were delicious, this dip was even better! It really was the star of the dessert table. This dip found it’s way on to almost every other dessert that was there.

This Keto Cheesecake Dip really is heavenly. It is light, fluffy, airy, and delicious. It compliments almost anything perfectly! Not only does it make for a good dip (obviously), but this would work exceptionally well as a frosting for a keto cake or as a topping on a keto pie. Or, if you want to keep with our berry-theme of this dip, you could mix in your favorite berries to make a nice, refreshing treat. Any way you serve it, this dip is yummy!

  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the large mixing bowl containing the cream cheese mixture until well blended. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Using Keto-Friendly Milk Chocolate For Strawberries

Like I said before, we chose to dip some delicious chocolate covered strawberries into this yummy dip. Even though chocolate covered strawberries is a pretty easy treat to make, I did want to talk about one key ingredient that will make your chocolate covered strawberries even better. We dipped our strawberries into some melted ChocZero Milk Chocolate bars. ChocZero makes the most amazing keto friendly chocolates that are to die for. Honestly, if you didn’t read the label, you wouldn’t know that you were eating “healthy” chocolate. Seriously.

Other than the amazing taste of the chocolate, the best part about ChocZero is that their products are completely keto friendly. Their products are very low in net carbs, and contain no sugar. They have a lot of different varieties of chocolate, but we used their peanut milk chocolate bars for these strawberries and it was delicious. The extra crunch of the peanuts was a wonderful bonus!
