  1. Chop bacon into bits and cook until desired crispiness. Leaving the grease in the pan, set the bacon aside and cook chicken in bacon grease. Add seasoning.

2. Mix together cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and sour cream.

3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cubed chicken breast
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbs sour cream
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs onion powder
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Chop 8 oz bacon into bite sized pieces and pan fry. Stir regularly to ensure all pieces are cooked evenly and set aside.
  2. Pan fry cubed chicken in the same pan, using the bacon grease as cooking oil. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook cubed chicken for about five minutes or until cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together buffalo sauce, ranch, sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Add bacon and cubed chicken to the sauce and mix together.
  4. Pour all contents into an 8x8 baking dish and top with Mexican cheese blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  • Just a slight correction, it should always read Buffalo wings, never buffalo wings. These wings originated in Buffalo, New York, at Frank and Theresa’s Bar and Grill on Main Street. Heh heh, they sure had no idea how the popularity would spread. But always remember, Buffalo wings came from Buffalo. 🤗
