How To Make Valentines Day Keto Cookies

Add almond flour to a large mixing bowl.
Add in Lakanto Powdered Sweetener.
Add in softened unsalted butter, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix on high until a firm dough has formed. Let dough chill in the freezer for 20-30 mins. Preheat oven.
Form the chilled dough into 12 evenly sized balls and flatten them into circles with the palm of your hand. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Add the ChocZero white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl.
Add a few drops of red food coloring into the chocolate chip mixture to create a nice pink color.
Dip half of each cookie into the chocolate chip mixture to coat it.
Sprinkles are a totally optional touch for these Valentines Day Cookies. It is difficult to find keto friendly sprinkles at a normal grocery store, so your best bet is to look for them on Amazon or even Etsy. Unfortunately, traditional sprinkles are basically sugar and dye, so they are a no-go if you’re steering clear of sugar.

- Place the dough into the freezer to chill for 20-30 minutes.
