Keto White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

If you’ve tried our Thick and Soft Keto Lemon Cookies, you will be familiar with the texture and thickness of these awesome keto white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. If you haven’t, I highly recommend that you try them if you like lemon cookies! Like our lemon cookies, these keto white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are super soft and chewy, so much so that they almost seem to melt in your mouth. The difference being though that the macadamia nuts in these cookies offer a yummy crunch.

Without a doubt, one of the best things about these cookies are ChocZero’s white chocolate chips. ChocZero makes the absolute BEST chocolate, keto friendly or otherwise, and so when they came out with their new white chocolate chips I knew they would be perfect for these awesome keto white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

ChocZero’s chocolate chips are super soft and melty, as apposed to some chocolate chips that taste and feel like chocolate flavored plastic. One of my biggest problems in my entire life life is having to deal with hard chocolate chips that stick to my teeth and taste like chocolate flavored plastic. Luckily that problem has been solved thanks o ChocZero.

So, if you are a lover of delicious chocolate, yummy crunchy macadamia nuts, and thick soft chewy cookies, you will love these keto white chocolate macadamia nut cookies!

Where To Find Keto White Chocolate Chips

White chocolate is divisive. I think most folks like it, but there are some who are adamantly opposed to it. In the world of chocolate, unfortunately white chocolate has been relegated to last place in the big 3 of chocolate – milk, dark, and white.

Since White chocolate never gets the respect it deserves, it has been difficult to find a quality white chocolate chip that is also keto friendly for some time. Fortunately, our favorite keto chocolate brand, ChocZero, stepped up to the plate and hit these white chocolate chips our of the park like we knew they would!

Here are a few reasons why we love ChocZero’s White Chocolate Chips:

  • The white chocolate doesn’t melt into the cookie when baking like other brands, meaning that they get melty while keeping their shape. These chocolate chips bake beautifully!
  • Most important of all, they taste absolutely amazing! They are super soft and velvety and honestly taste better than any chocolate out there – keto friendly or otherwise.
  • They’re sugar free with no sugar alcohols. these white chocolate chips are sweetened with monk fruit.
  • They’re low carb – only 1 net carb per serving!

If you’re unfamiliar with ChocZero and their awesome products, you have been missing out on one of the best things in life – keto friendly chocolate that does not taste like keto friendly chocolate!

ChocZero’s products are super easy to find, and that of course includes these keto white chocolate chips. If you want to try these awesome white chocolate chips (or any of their awesome chocolate or syrup products) simply head over to their website and load up your cart with everything that looks good (so basically everything) and use our code “buttertogetherkitchen” at checkout and you’ll receive 10% off of your entire purchase.

Using Lakanto Golden and Classic Monkfruit Sweetener

As usual, we used Lakanto’s Monkfruit to sweeten these delicious keto white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Specifically, we used a combination of Lakanto’s Golden Monkfruit and Lakanto’s Classic Monkfruit. Golden Monkfruit is Lakantos version of brown sugar which is what is used in combination with regular sugar in regular macadamia nut cookies.

Monkfruit is by far our favorite sweetener to use in all of our sweet keto recipes because, first and foremost, it tastes the best. Compared to stevia, xylitol, and any of the other keto friendly sweeteners we have tasted, it is the best and it’s not even close. In addition to the great taste, Monkfruit is completely natural, which really gives me peace of mind. Monkfruit is zero glycemic, meaning that it does not raise blood sugar levels, so it will not affect your state of ketosis at all. There are so many things to love about Lakanto’s Monkfruit and many good things to say, but at the end of the day you have to try it for yourself to know just how good it is.

If you’ve never tried Monkfruit before, or if you just need to stock up, shop Lakanto’s website and give Golden Monkfruit a try, or any of their other products! You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Best of all, you can use our code, “BUTTERTOGETHER” at checkout to save 20% off of your entire purchase! That includes Monkfruit, but also any of the other amazing products offered on their website.
