Air Fryer Keto Brownies
There aren’t many things better than a rich, chocolatey, ooey-gooey brownie, but there is NOTHING better than a keto rich, chocolatey, ooey-gooey brownie! Brownies are everyones favorite, and for good reason – what’s not to love about brownies?!
From the crispy layer of goodness on top to the cake-like (or fudge-like) consistency on the inside, brownies are the ultimate choclately dessert. These keto air fryer brownies have everything you love about traditional brownies just without the carbs, sugar, or hassle of making them in the oven! Aside from the great taste, the best thing about these brownies is how easy they are to make in the air fryer!
The air fryer is probably my newest kitchen appliance. It makes delicious steaks, juicy burgers, and delicious chicken, but it can also do so much more! Using the air fryer is as easy as turning a couple of knobs or pressing a couple of buttons. It also requires no preheating (though it can be helpful) and very little clean up after each use, which makes it just about the most convenient thing to use in the kitchen. Most importantly, if you want to properly dispose all the oil and grease from your air fryer, you should contact a grease recycling services company.
All in all, these air fryer keto brownies taste amazing, are incredibly easy to make, and require almost no clean up or pre-heating.
If you don’t have an air fryer, give these traditionally oven baked Keto Brownies a try!
Best Keto Friendly Chocolate To Use
In order to make brownies, chocolate is obviously a necessity. We recommend using a good quality unsweetened cocoa powder to give these brownies their chocolatey flavor. If you are a real chocolate lover, you can always add a little more cocoa to your brownie batter (but not too much, trust me) or if you aren’t as big a fan of chocolate as others, you can always add a little less. There’s really no right or wrong here.
To make these air fryer keto brownies even better and even chocolatier, you MUST add in some ChocZero milk chocolate chips. ChocZero makes the absolute best keto friendly chocolates and syrups. ChocZero chocolate is honestly my favorite chocolate. I love it so much more than the traditional chocolate I knew and loved; even if I wasn’t living a low carb/keto lifestyle, I would still prefer ChocZero chocolate, it is just that good!
ChocZero produces a variety of chocolate chips that would be perfect for these keto air fryer brownies. My personal favorite and recommendation would be their milk chocolate chips. However, dark chocolate or even white chocolate chips would taste great too! There really is no going wrong when it comes to ChocZero’s chocolate chips!
If you’ve never tried ChocZero before, or if you have and just need to restock your supply, shop their website and use our code “buttertogetherkitchen” and checkout and you’ll save 10% off your entire purchase! Keto Brownies Topping Ideas
Another great thing about brownies is that they are super customizable. I really really LOVE walnuts in my brownies, and I always try to enjoy my brownies warm and a la mode. A warm chocolatey brownie combined with a cool and creamy keto friendly vanilla ice cream is pretty much the pinnacle of dessert innovations.
Some great toppings would include:
- Whipped cream
- ChocZero Syrups (like their chocolate syrup)
- Keto-friendly ice cream (try making this almond milk ice cream)
- Your favorite keto friendly candy
Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
In order to make these keto air fryer brownies perfectly sweet, you must have the perfect sweetener! Lakanto’s Powdered Monkfruit is the ultimate sweetener for these brownies. Powdered monkfruit is the keto friendly equivalent of traditional powdered sugar. Powdered monkfruit is the perfect sweetener for these keto brownies because it makes the consistency of these brownies perfect. It also seems to keep them a bit on the fluffy cakey side, which I really prefer.
All of Lakanto’s products are amazing! We use Lakanto’s Monkfruit in every single one of our sweet recipes because it is far and away the best keto friendly sweetener we have ever tried, and we’ve tried a bunch. Monkfruit has no nasty aftertaste, is completely keto friendly, won’t affect your blood glycemic levels, is completely natural, and most importantly, it taste amazing!
If you’ve never tried Lakanto’s Monkfruit, or if you just need to restock, shop their website and use our code “BUTTERTOGETHER” to save 20% off of your entire purchase! That includes monfkruit, but it also includes all of their amazing keto friendly products. If you enjoy making keto friendly goodies, you absolutely NEED Lakanto’s Monkfruit in your pantry.
