Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake

Introduction

It’s wild how fast the past few months went by, and it’s almost October. This means my favorite season (fall) is just around the corner!

To make this keto pumpkin smoothie or shake if you will, the pumpkin puree is blended with almond milk, cream cheese, pumpkin spice, and our all-time favorite keto sweetener, Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener. With the addition of cream cheese, it make the pumpkin shake extra creamy and a little tangy. If you’re fancy like me, sprinkle a dash of pumpkin spice and cinnamon for extra indulgence!

It only takes about 5 minutes to put it all together and what you are left with the creamiest keto pumpkin shake you’ll ever tasted. So, let’s get right to it shall we?
