Easy is just better. We love these keto peanut butter balls because they’re so easy to make and don’t leave your entire kitchen in dirty shambles after you’ve made them.

This recipe only requires five simple ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry. That means you can be enjoying these incredible keto peanut butter balls in a matter of minutes!

Peanut butter and chocolate is probably my all time favorite combination. The richness of chocolate combined with the slightly salty savoriness of peanut butter is just unbeatable. And you can feel good about enjoying this yummy keto treat because it is loaded with tons of healthy fats and is suer low in carbs.

Another great thing about this recipe is that it is perfect for non-keto eaters. I know everyone says this about every low-carb/keto recipe, but you really can’t tell the difference between this or a traditional buckeye. That makes these keto peanut butter balls great for parties or get togethers. You can bring a dessert you can enjoy, and no one will ever know that it’s keto!

If you want to skip the little bit of work that’s required to make these keto peanut butter balls and get right to the good part (hey, no shame here), we recommend ChocZero’s Peanut Butter Cups. They are a better tasting and better-for-you version of a Reeces cup.

What Is A Fat Bomb?

These keto peanut butter balls are considered a fat bomb. If you’ve been living a ketogenic lifestyle for a while, you may have heard of this. If you haven’t, don’t worry, nothing explodes!

A fat bomb is just a food that helps you achieve your fat goals for the day if you are deficient. For example, say that you’ve met your protein intake for the day and you’ve met your protein intake for the day (or are at least close to doing so) but your fat intake is low for the day. If you track your macros, you know that this is pretty easy to do. Leaner meats and veggies are good for the keto diet, but they don’t have much (healthy fat).

So, having a gatbomb or two will help you boost your fat intake without pushing you over your protein or carb intake. At least, ideally.

We have several delicious fat bomb recipes like our Low Carb Chocolate MousseKeto Cookies and Cream Fat Bombs, and our Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs. These are all really great options!

Best Sweetener To Use For Desserts

We always use Lakanto’s Monkfruit when we make a keto/low-carb dessert. Always. Monkfruit is such a great, high-quality sweetener that it wouldn’t make sense to use anything else.

Monkfruit has a 1:1 ratio to sugar which makes it super easy to use when converting traditional recipes, it has no cooling aftertaste like most other keto friendly sweeteners, and it’s totally natural. For all these reasons and more, we insist on using Lakanto’s Monkfruit when we bake.

If you’ve never tried Monkfruit before, or if you just need to restock your supply, shop Lakanto’s website and check out all of their amazing keto-friendly goodies. They have a wide variety of sweeteners, muffin mixes, brownie mix, and so much more.

And don’t forget to use our code, “BUTTERTOGETHER” at checkout to save 20% off your entire purchase! This offer is good for all products on their site!
