How To Make Keto Hot Chocolate

- In a pot over medium heat on the stove, whisk together the heavy whipping cream and water.
If you’re looking for a dairy free option, swap out the heavy cream for coconut milk. Adds the slight coconut taste of course.
- Place the keto chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, and
heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
- Whisk sweetener and cocoa powder into water and heavy cream.
- Pour melted chocolate chips into the cocoa mixture and whisk until smooth; allow to come to a low boil.
