I was looking for a quick low carb desert after supper for my husband. He is a bie hard cheesecake kinda guy. I'm afraid I kept him in in sweets during Covid and now he's spoiled. I happened upon this recipe. He , ok we, loved it! The only changes I made were, I used cocont/ almond milk and added a Tbsp. of coconut oil for added that rich consistency. Thanks...fabulous.
