Ingredients

⅓ cup Almond flour
1 Tbsp. Coconut flour
¼ tsp. Baking soda
3 Tbsp. Lakanto Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener
3 Tbsp. Butter unsalted softened not melted
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Almond extract
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened almond milk
¼ C. Lakanto Semi-sweet sugar free chocolate chips
Lakanto Sugar free chocolate syrup for garnish

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, beat together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, Lakanto monk fruit powdered sweetener, butter, vanilla extract, almond extract and salt until well combined.

Add in the almond milk, and blend until smooth.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Press the dough into the bottom of a small cast iron skillet. We used a 6in cast iron.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Garnish with Lakanto chocolate syrup before serving.
