Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl, mix to combine almond flour, Lakanto powdered monkfruit, and sea salt. Add butter and vanilla and mix until a soft dough forms.

Use a small cookie scooper to scoop dough; roll into 24 balls.

Place on 2 baking sheets, spacing dough 1-inch apart.

Bake 10 minutes and let cool a bit before transferring to a cooling rack.

Dust with powdered monkfruit
