Ingredients

1 C. Coconut flour
⅔ C. Almond flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ C. Psyllium husk powder
Pinch Salt
2 ½ C. Warm water
2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together the water and apple cider vinegar.

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, salt, baking soda and psyllium husk powder.

Add the water mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Allow the dough to sit untouched for 10 minutes.
Form the dough into a loaf shape, and place into a well greased loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until the bread is cooked through and browned.

The bread will puff up quite a bit when baking, but will deflate some once it cools and is removed from the oven.
