Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add the milk chocolate baking chips and butter to a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely combined and melted.

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar substitute, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla and the chocolate mixture. Beat on high until well combined.

Spread the batter evenly in a well greased 9x9 baking dish.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Let cool completely to room temperature.

Cut the brownies into 12 squares.

Add the white baking chips and the coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds at a time until well combined and melted.

Dip half of each brownie into the white chocolate mixture, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

While still wet, add the sprinkles to the coated part of each brownie.

Allow the chocolate to set, and serve.
