1 lb. Mild pork breakfast sausage
4 oz. Cream cheese softened
1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup Almond flour
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl. Kneading with your hands is the best way to make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into 22 evenly sized sausage balls.
Place the sausage balls onto a rack over a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
