Directions

1
Gather you Ingredients.
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded & Cream Cheese: These two are the base of our slider buns.
Almond Flour & Baking Powder: They give our buns their structure.
Ranch Seasoning Mix: It lends our chicken that tangy, herbaceous flavor.
Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins: The star of our sliders! Always pick fresh and good quality chicken.
Olive Oil: A healthier option with a light, savory note.
Cheddar Cheese: It adds a rich, creamy layer.
Bacon: Brings the much-loved crispy texture and smoky flavor.
Lettuce and Tomato: Add a fresh, crunchy twist. Feel free to mix and match with other keto-friendly veggies!
2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees..
3
Cheese Mixture Preparation.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Melt the two in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Make sure the melted cheese is well combined, forming a consistent mixture.
4
Prepare the Dough.
Time to give life to our dough! Add almond flour, baking powder, and a teaspoon of dry ranch seasoning mix into your cheese blend. Using your hands, knead until the ingredients thoroughly combine.
5
Add the Egg.
Transfer the dough to your mixing bowl, and introduce an egg to the mix. Blend it on high until the dough smoothens out.
6
Create the Slider Buns.
Partition the dough into seven equal-sized balls. Place these on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten them a bit before you slide them into the oven. Let them bake for around 20 minutes or until they turn a lovely shade of brown and are fully cooked through.
7
Prepare the Skillet.
While your slider buns are baking, take the skillet, warm it over medium-high heat, and pour two tablespoons of olive oil into it.
8
Season the Chicken Tenderloins.
Toss your chicken tenderloins in the ranch seasoning mix, adding salt and pepper to taste.
9
Cook the Chicken.
Carefully place the seasoned chicken into your heated skillet. Sauté until the tenderloins sport a golden-brown hue and are cooked through.
10
Slice the Tenderloins.
Once cooked, let the chicken tenderloins cool down before you slice each in half.
11
Cut the Slider Buns.
By now, your slider buns should be ready. Remove them from the oven and let them cool down. Once they are easy to handle, cut each bun into two halves - a top and a bottom.
12
Assemble the Sliders.
This part is where your sliders begin to take shape. On the bottom half of a slider bun, place some fresh lettuce. Follow it with half a ranch chicken mixture tenderloin, a quarter slice of cheddar cheese, and half a piece of crispy bacon or bacon crumbles. Finally, cover with the top half of the slider bun. Add some tomato if desired. Continue the assembly process for each of your sliders and serve.

Adding Your Own Twist to the Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

  • Feel free to get creative with these sliders. You could experiment with different cheeses like sharp cheddar cheese, swiss, pepper jack cheese slices, or grated parmesan cheese.
  • You can also add a little heat with some jalapenos. Your personal flair can only make these sliders more special!

Serving Suggestions and Storage Tips for Your Keto Sliders

  • These chicken bacon ranch sliders can be the star of any party or gathering. They pair beautifully with a fresh side salad or some crunchy keto-friendly veggies.
  • Leftovers? No problem! Store your sliders in airtight containers ( unassembled) and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  • When ready to serve, warm them up in a preheated oven, and they should be good as new.

Additional Notes

  • Be careful not to over-season the chicken, as the ranch dressing and bacon also contribute to saltiness.
  • If you want to prepare these ahead of time, marinate the chicken for a few hours and prep the layers but do not assemble until ready to serve.
  • You can use shredded chicken and crumbled bacon for the slider's filling.
