Ingredients

1 Stick of Butter, softened
8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Lakanto golden Sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup ChocZero Chocolate Chips (dark, milk, and white chocolate chips mixture)

Directions

Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a bowl, using a hand mixer.

Add in the almond flour, sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and combine.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to firm slightly for 15-20 minutes.

Using a small cookie scoop, form about 20-24 balls of cookie dough. Place each ball on a lined pan or plate and refrigerate until firm.

Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate and a llow to firm in the refrigerator again for at least 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Optional ingredient: 2 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter added
  • Store in refrigerater up to two weeks.
