1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
1/2 cup Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
4 tbsp Butter
3oz Cream Cheese
2-3 tbsp Sugar Free Peppermint Candy, crushed

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add all of the ingredients except for the peppermint candy crumbs to a mixing bowl, and blend on high until well combined.

Place the batter into the freezer to set for 30 minutes. This will make the dough easier to handle.

Form the dough into 9 even flattened cookies, and top each one with a sprinkling of the sugar-free peppermint candy crumbs.
