Our favorite power couple? Strawberry and Cheesecake. These Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs are rich and decedent!


  • 1 pkg. 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 stick Butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener, or choice of sweetener
  • 3 tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • Lilys Dark Chocolate Chips (to drizzle on top of fat bombs), optional


  1. Start my beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
  2. Add in butter, vanilla, swerve, strawberries and coconut oil.
  3. Mix until well blended. Press mixture firmly into candy molds.
  4. Place in freezer for one hour.
  5. Pop out of molds. Melt Lilys dark chocolate down and drizzle over fat bombs.
  6. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy! 


  • Store in refrigerator to avoid any melting.
