Making Keto bread is not always easy. It can be a headache when your bread won’t rise, turns out too dry or too wet, and just ends up tasting like sand. Trust me, we have all been there and we know how frustrating it can be!

If you’re sick of all the trial and error and just want a keto bread recipe that works and tastes amazing, then you are in luck! This keto bread is the absolute best that we have ever tried.

This keto bread loaf also won’t turn out tasting like a big lump of egg – in fact, there are no eggs in this keto bread! Instead, you are left with a soft, dense, perfect loaf of bread that tastes like… well, bread! And if you have been at the keto/low-carb life for a while, you know that this is a rare thing to find! It is hard to make bread that isn’t bread but tastes like bread!!

We miss bread so much when we give up carbs and sugars because it really is the best thing since.. well, itself. It’s a great comfort food, its super convenient since you can make so much with it, and it seems like it’s in or a part of almost everything! So if you’re eager to get back to the simple pleasure that is bread, this recipe will be your new favorite!

Making Keto Bread with Almond Flour and Coconut Flour

This keto bread loaf recipe is super simple. So, as such, it only requires super simple, straightforward ingredients! Ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry right now (with one possible exception if you aren’t a big baker)!

Find the BEST Keto Almond Flour and Coconut Flour

For this keto bread recipe, we struck the perfect balance between coconut flour and almond flour. This is super important because too much of one or the other will result in a bread that is too dry, too wet, or too grainy tasting. Because we found the perfect balance of both almond and coconut flour, this bread has the best texture (thanks to the coconut flour) and the best flavor and “sturdiness” thanks to the almond flour!

Choosing the right kind of flour can also be a tricky task because there are so many options to choose from. There are fine flours, blanched flours, and all kinds of things in between. And while the effect on the final product may be minimal in some cases, the flour that is used really does make a difference! We find Wholesome Yum’s products to be the best flour that not only create a great tasting bread, but also create the perfect texture!

The quality of flour used has a huge impact on how your baked goods turn out. We have found that these super fine flours result in the absolute best quality breads and baked goods!

In addition to being the best quality and providing the best results, these flours also come at some of the best prices. That is especially true when you use our code, “buttertogether” at checkout to save 10% off your entire purchase! So shop Wholesome Yum’s website and save on these delicious keto friendly flours.

What Is Psyllium Husk Powder?

Earlier, when I mentioned that you probably already have all the ingredients except one needed to make this yummy keto bread, this is the one I had in mind. If you bake a lot, you likely already have this ingredient and know exactly what it is!

However, if not, don’t even worry. Wholesome Yum also has an incredible Psyllium Husk Powder that is amazing! In addition to having 0 carbs per serving and being full of fiber, Psyllium Husk Powder will make your baked goods chewy (in a good way – think white bread)! Psyllium Husk Powder is what helps to make this keto bread taste like bread!

Why use Apple Cider Vinegar For Keto Bread Recipe?

Apple cider vinegar is gross. There, I said it. But, in this recipe it is necessary (and trust me, you can’t taste it!).

The apple cider vinegar activates the fiber in the psyllium husk powder and helps to create a more bread like texture. The apple cider vinegar gives this bread a crustier type texture that regular home baked bread has, which is exactly what you want! It is great when your bread tastes like bread! So don’t worry, this bread is not apple cider vinegar flavored!
